About the winemaker
As soon as he took over from his father about 20 years ago in the province of Padua in north-east Italy, Gerardo Filippo Gamba decided to run the domain organically. Gradually, with time and experience, he converted to the biodynamic approach. As a result, all fermentations are spontaneously triggered by the wild yeasts present on the grapes. Filippo believes that ”it’s the only way for the wines to express the typicality of their territory.”
