Frusinate Igp natural white wine coming from a perfect balance of Maturano, Pampanaro and Capolongo grapes from biodynamic farming. The name Fregellae is a celebration of the historical biggest Roman colony in Southern Lazio, where the Azienda Agricola Biodinamica Palazzo Tronconi is located. Here, the wine is made through the rules of biodynamic farming, with spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts; the wine is then aged in concrete for 12 months and then in large acacia barrels.
