CompareAbout the winemaker
I Cacciagalli Aorivola is a Roccamonfina IGT biodynamic white wine made with 100% Falanghina grapes. It is a truly traditional Falanghina produced in the ancient I Cacciagalli farm, where from 1600 outstanding and handcrafted wines are made according to nature and winemaking heritage. This medium-bodied, dry wine comes from handpicked biodynamic grapes and is fermented in wild in steel tanks, then macerated for twelve hours on the skin. Unfiltered and unclarified, it is light and fresh. Serve it at a temperature between 10° and 12° to taste it at its best.
