CompareMore about this wine
Vivid straw-yellow. Aroma of exotic ripe fruit, sweet white flowers, mineral. Dry, sapid and mineral, enveloping and persistent, perfectly balanced.
White wine created with a balance of grapes from organic farming with percentages 50% Chardonnay 45% Pinot Grigio 5% Riesling: this wise mix combines the fruity part of Chardonnay with the dry and savoury part of Pinot Grigio, resulting in a complex and enveloping wine. The three grape varieties are fermented separately and then are attentively assembled. In addition to the rules of organic farming, the Dalle Ore estate respects the so-called “Regola della Valle d’Agno”, a protocol whose objective is the total respect of the land for production in harmony with the territory. Serves at the ideal temperature of 10°, ideal to accompany aperitifs and appetizers or fish and shellfish dishes.
