A special white wine obtained from 100% Garganega grapes organically grown, boasting an IGT Veneto appellation. Garganega 639Hz by Dalle Ore is genuine and original in the concept: it does not just follow the organic precepts, but is also obtained by following the rules of Quantum Agriculture; the result is a small selection of wines inspired by sound and math, agriculture and physics, called “Vini delle Frequenze”. Spontaneously fermented, this wine is unfiltered, unfined and contains low sulphites. Serve it at 16° to accompany grilled vegetables, aperitifs, mature cheese and shellfish.
