CompareMore about this wine
Ansonica is an IGT Calabria Bianco white wine obtained by 100% Ansonica grapes, a local autochthones variety organically grown in the Calabretta family farm located in Calabria, one of the most southern regions of Italy. Here, Cataldo Calabretta and his sisters Maria and Michela represent the fourth generation of winemakers in the family; they aim to produce wine according to nature and traditional processes while recovering local grape varieties. This wine is unique and comes from spontaneous fermentation with no added sulphites. Try it with your best fish dishes for a perfect match.
