CompareMore about this wine
An outstanding example of organic Barbera: ruby-red and spicy, from 100% autochthones Barbera grapes, this wine comes from the organic Rocco di Carpeneto farm, located on the famous hills of Alto Monferrato, where it is produced following the rules of a strict organic method. The grapes are handpicked and the wine is obtained by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks using only native yeast; then, the Reitemp (which in the ancient local dialect means “the sound of the bells announcing a storm”) rests for more 25 months. The result is a wine perfect to accompany some of the best meat dishes from Italian cuisine.
