CompareMore about this wine
Delicately tannic, ruby-red wine coming from 100% organic Barbera grapes, Rapp gets its name from the word used in the local dialect for “bunch of grapes”. It is made following the organic precepts in Carpeneto, a small town located on the hills of Piedmont, in one of the most famous areas for the production of Barbera wine. The grapes are handpicked and the wine is obtained by spontaneous fermentation with native yeast only in stainless steel tanks. It is unfined, unfiltered and it features low sulphites. Perfect match to meaty pasta dishes and red meat recipes.
