A deep ruby red wine made with 100% local Dolcetto grapes grown by strictly following the rules of organic agriculture. Rocco di Carpeneto is a farm located on the hills of Alto Monferrato in the Piedmont region, northern Italy, a well-known zone for the wine production. All the wines produced in this boutique winery come from the recovered agriculture of autochthones grapes and reflect the attention of the owner, Lidia Carbonetti, for the environment and the territory. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation with only native yeast, then aged for 15 months in ancient wooden barrels.
