Aur-oura is a surprising and outstanding red wine, intentionally downgraded, made from Dolcetto grapes organically grown in the Rocco di Carpeneto farm in Piedmont, Italy. Here, the precepts of organic farming are strictly respected to create incredible bottles in limited numbers, in true boutique-like philosophy. Aur-oura comes from spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with long maceration, then it ages in concrete tanks for 12 months.
