Ruby-red wine, rich and fruity, obtained by local Albarossa grapes grown by strictly following the rules of organic agriculture. Rocco di Carpeneto is a winery located in the small town of Carpeneto, in the hills of Alto Monferrato, Piedmont. Here, the owner Lidia Carbonetti created an eco-friendly and completely functional farm where she produces some outstanding wines from the recovery of autochthones grape varieties. These wines can boast autonomous fermentation with the use of native yeast and constant attention to the environment, plus a deep respect for the wine itself.
