CompareMore about this wine
The delicate cherry red colour meets purple hues for a concentration of aroma and charm. Intense on the nose, with hints of prunes, notes of pepper, chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, it reveals a round body and an elegant, balanced and persistent structure.
In the style of Burgundy, Zitore is a biodynamic red wine created from a pure Lecinaro grape, a rare variety grown in Lazio, Italy, partially recovered by the Palazzo Tronconi estate. Here, it is aged for 15 months in oak barrels, creating a full-bodied red, able to give a round and fine, deep and satisfying taste. Produced in a limited number of about 1000 bottles per year.
