Red, dry wine obtained from a mix of Merlot and Sangiovese grapes grown according to the precepts of biodynamic agriculture in the calcareous and clayey soils of Arce, in Lazio. Here is the Azienda Agricola Biodinamica Palazzo Tronconi, whose mission is to recover traditional vinification and local vines at risk of extinction to make outstanding, unique wines. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, not clarified nor filtrated. Aged in steel first, then for 10 months in French oak barrels.
