100% Nebbiolo planted on an average slope (like the Grand Cru vineyards of Burgundy) in the MGA Perno area on a lot facing south-west of the hill. Cultivated like Barolo but with older vines and lower yields. It is fermented in old wooden barrels and then aged 4 years in smaller barrels, the Reserve has a greater aging potential with a deeper structure. Not filtered.
