Red, balanced ICT Veneto Cabernet Sauvignon produced with organic grapes grown on the family estate Dalle Ore in the hills of Veneto. This wine is produced not only following the organic rule, but also the so-called “Regola della Valle dell’Agno”, set of precepts aiming to the respect and care of the territory. Cabernet Sauvignon Dalle Ore is spontaneously fermented, unfined, unfiltered and contains low sulphites. Serve at the ideal temperature of 18 ° and accompany it with game, roast red meat and substantial dishes.
