CompareMore about this wine
Torpiano is a Cesanese del Piglio DOCG red wine coming from 100% Cesanese di Affile grapes biodynamically grown in the Carlo Noro winery in Lazio, central Italy. Here, Noro produces wine with strict attention to natural processes from the vine to the cellar: the grapes are hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented, then matured in new barrels for 16 months and aged for 4 months in the bottle. Only 1000 bottles of this wine are produced every year.
