CompareMore about this wine
Collefurno is a Cesanese del Piglio DOCG made from 100% Cesanese di Affile biodynamic grapes hand-picked, then spontaneously fermented and matured in barrels for 16 months before being aged 4 months in the bottle. Carlo Noro’s winery was established in 2010 in Lazio, central Italy, aiming the production of outstanding biodynamic wines from the local tradition. Nature is respected in the vineyard, and then in the cellar, where the wines are naturally made. This wine, of which only 1000 bottles are available, is a precious addition to your table, especially to accompany meat dishes.
