Today, to raise the morale of the pregnant readers who follow us, we give some advice on the recommended diet during pregnancy to eat healthy and help you during the wait for the next glass of wine.

Three healthy food recipes for pregnant woman

Now we know that in the nine months of pregnancy you will have to say goodbye to any type of alcohol. Here are three rich, tasty and healthy recipes that will not make you miss your glass of wine, at least for a bit.

Light omelette

A simple dish but rich in protein and vitamin D, the omelette is very easy to prepare, nutritious and requires a few simple ingredients. Here’s how to cook it:

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of grated Grana cheese
1 leek
1 tablespoon of oats
oil
salt

Method
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with the salt and oats. Meanwhile gently fry the leek with a drizzle of oil. Wait for the leek to cool and then add the beaten eggs. Mix well and add the grated cheese. Cook in a pan with the lid and turn halfway through cooking for a perfect omelette.

Milk Chicken Breast

Another nutritious and simple recipe to prepare but with a delicate and delicious taste.

Ingredients
Chicken breast
Flour
Butter
Milk
Your favourite spices

Method
Flour the chicken breast on both sides. Melt a knob of butter in a pan and add the floured chicken leaving it to brown on both sides. Then add half a glass of milk, salt and your favorite spices and leave to cook until the milk has thickened.

Lentils cream

Lentils cream is our third recipe chosen for you for a healthy diet during pregnancy: tasty and rich in nutrients, it is perfect with a drizzle of raw oil and grated cheese.

Ingredients
400 gr of lentils
2 liters of water
2 leeks
2 carrots
half a glass of milk
a clove of garlic
extravirgin olive oil

Method
Wash the lentils thoroughly. Put the garlic clove in a pan with a drizzle of oil and leave to flavor, making sure that it does not burn. Then add the lentils, the leeks cut into thin slices and the carrots into small pieces. Leave to fry for two minutes, then add the water and cook until the vegetables and lentils are soft. When almost cooked, add half a glass of milk and blend with the immersion blender. Serve the cream hot with a drizzle of raw oil on the surface.
